Staying up late is not good, esp when nostalgia kicks in. This summer v. Last summer. Last summer was amazing and this summer has just begun (and been pretty good so far) so my emotions may be premature but I guess I always look back in time and think how great it used to be. Which means next summer I’ll probably be looking back at this summer and thinking, mannn I miss it. Also, I’m pretty sure this nostalgia has to do with a certain individual whom I had harnessed attachment for that is no longer available. “A girl likes to be jilted every now and then”.

Still, last summer was the best. Here’s to hoping this year is just as great.
